On Saturday 24th June, from Lake Waldsee, Langen, Frankfurt, Germany passing 5 countries, Netherlands, Belgium, France to the United Kingdom, from the start in Frankfurt, 9am CET, Martyn Clarke, joined by friends & colleagues will attempt, Stage 1 of the Triathlon, a daunting 7000m (4.3miles) Open Water Swim, friends from across UK and Europe will meet, driven to help complete the most daunting European Triathlon ever attempted, for 4 major Motor Neurone Disease Charities, in just 7 days…
The attempt, inspired by Rob Burrow MBE & wider MND communities, covering 1200km+ (approx. 800 miles) of swim, bike and run, will push the team to the brink each day.
The Stages:
Stage 1
The Cycle leg opening stage, Stage 1 starts directly following the 7km Swim leg, Team GB Paralympian, Ian Marsden joining the team for the 193km ride north to the City of Bonn,
